1. CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION

There are several options for cooperation:

1. Wholesale buyer:
• Free, non-binding relationships to anything. Valid from the first wholesale order and is valid until the moment when another customer from your city shows a desire to become our exclusive partner. In this case, you can buy our dresses through an exclusive representative in your city.

2. Exclusive partner.
• You are the only official representative of TM Licor in your city.
• You will be placed in our partners section of our site.
• We redirect all clients from your city to your salon.
• The first order of an exclusive partner must be at least 10 dresses.
• The amount and order of the annual purchase is negotiated individually (from 100-200 dresses per year).

Example:
Close 1 line (evening / wedding / children’s) to the city - from 100 units / year
Close 2 lines (evening and wedding / сhildren’s and evening / сhildren’s and wedding) - from 200 units.

2. DISCOUNTS

The loyalty program gives a 2% discount for regular customers (regardless of the volume of the order, for goods starting from the collections of 2018).

Instead of cumulative discounts, we offer a one-time discount of 3% for orders over 20 pcs, as well as 5% for orders over 40 pcs. (for goods starting from the collections of 2018).

3. PLACING AN ORDER

You can place an order in a free form at your convenience: send an letter to our email, call to our manager by phone, send a message in Viber or Whats app. The main thing is to indicate accurately and clearly the model’s marking, color, size and quantity.

4. PROBLEMS WITH ACCESS

Prices are no more available on website as it was before (no accounts now, website is now like a catalogue.
All wholesale partners ( B2B) can get the details from our managers – feel free to ask for it.

5. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum order for wedding dresses is 5 pieces, evening dresses - 5 pieces, for children - 10 pieces.
When you re-order, the minimum order of wedding dresses - 3 pieces, evening dresses -3 pieces, children - 5 pieces.
Also, on an individual basis, the company can go to a meeting and discuss the volumes.

6. PAYMENTS

After placing the order you will need to pay 50% of the total cost. After receiving the prepayment, we launch the order into production (without an advance payment, the order is not passed into workshops). The remaining amount must be paid upon the readiness of the order, before shipment. (The manager will contact you in advance and inform you).

You can pay with such payment systems as Western Union, MoneyGram, wise, Fondy , xoom, meest or to a PrivatBank card, or by SWIFT-payment or SEPA-payment into owners’ account, or to company’s account.

7. TIME OF PRODUCTION

Production time depends on the work load, as well as on the number of products in your order.
Readiness date countdown (deadline) - the date of the advance payment (or the next day, if the payment was on the weekend or after 2:00 pm).
Usually this process takes about 14 business days of the factory. More detailed and relevant information can be obtained by consulting with the manager.

Do you need dresses as fast as possible? - we introduced a NEW service of urgent tailoring (for an additional fee of 20-15-10-5 USD depending on the production line).
We try to always work quickly and give orders on time.

8. CUSTOM SIZES AND CHANGES

Each case is unique, like the desires and figures of the brides, therefore Licor provides the opportunity to tailor by the custom measurements (+ 15%)* and some changes are possible, but the price of the model will change significantly, all details are discussed individually with the manager.

*fee for plus size or changes are not included in +15%

9. STOCK

Basically, all dresses are made due to orders, but there is also a small warehouse There is a list of models (in the electronic version ) that can be obtained on request.

10. TERMS OF DELIVERY

For delivery of goods to Europe, USA and other countries of the world, we use the transport company "EMS" or Ukranian Air Post, Nova Poshta Global ( DHL and Aramex can be used by request, but they are more expensive). Delivery by busses, own channels or couriers from EU countries - discussed with the manager.

*(In case of loss of goods by the transport company TM Licor does not cover the material damage).

11. DELIVERY COST

Payment for the delivery covers the client, all the details are discussed with the manager.

Parcels can be sent by delivery companies ( due to their rates for delivery ) directly from UA to Your country, or by bus drivers to You country( or city) + postage cost .

In addition, upon receipt of the parcel, you will need to pay for the services of the transport company. The price will depend on the volume of the parcel and the distance between the point of departure and your city.

12. GUARANTEES

We are sure that you will be satisfied with our products. We use only the best materials that our leaders personally select and bring from Turkey or order from factories from Korea, India, China, etc.

Our dresses look decent, to match any beauty.

13. SIZE CHART (MEASUREMENTS)

We have a wide size range. For adult dresses we produce dresses from 40 UA up to 56 UA sizes. For Children's clothes sizes start from 26 UA to 40 UA.

For Plus sized styles we have an increase in prices: children's clothes from size 36, evening and wedding from size 50. For your convenience, use the size chart.
